Want to Improve Outcomes for Long-Term English Learners (LTELs)?
This Networked Improvement Community (NIC) is designed for school and district teams who participated in the
2025-26 LTEL NIC and are ready to deepen and extend their work. Teams will:
Refine and advance their identified focus area(s) within their current LTEL support system
Build greater coherence and capacity to implement aligned, evidence-based practices across systems
Engage in personalized coaching to support continuous improvement between sessions
Presenters & Facilitators
Experts from Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Solano County Offices of Education and San Francisco Unified School District.

Session 1: Bridging from Action Plan to Implementation

Session 2: Progress Monitoring & Consolidate Learning
