This introductory session offers a foundational understanding of Implementation Science and will provide participants with a practical framework for translating evidence-based research into practice. Participants will explore key concepts, including implementation stages, drivers, and tools to support district capacity development within the continuous improvement process. The session also highlights the connections between Implementation Science and Improvement Science, and how these work together to optimize continuous improvement efforts through a Differentiated Assistance context.
