In partnership with the San Diego County Office of Education, the Bay Area Geographic Leads Consortium hosts an introductory session that provides foundational understanding of implementation, highlights its connection to Improvement Science, and explore how the two work together to optimize continuous improvement efforts.

District Teams will:
Define core principles and frameworks of Implementation Science including the stages of the implementation process.
Understand the roles of implementation drivers, including competency, organization, and leadership.
Build understanding of tools for assessing, monitoring, and evaluating implementation progress.
Explore how implementation science can be used to enhance and strengthen district support within existing support processes and contexts.
We invite 3-5 members per district team serving TK-12
